摘要:青島豐東熱處理有限公司研發(fā)的軟氮化+后氧化復(fù)合處理技術(shù)(FD-NCO)可以使機(jī)械零部件同時(shí)具有優(yōu)良的耐磨性能和耐蝕性能,FD-NCO復(fù)合滲層是由十余微米厚的白亮層(ε相)和1~2微米厚的Fe3O4膜構(gòu)成。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過FD-NCO復(fù)合處理后的工件鹽霧試驗(yàn)最高可達(dá)1200小時(shí),處理過程無污染,完全可以取代污染嚴(yán)重的QPQ技術(shù)。

Application researches of the combined treatments of nitrocarburizing and post-oxidizing

Abstract: The combined treatment technology (FD-NCO) of nitrocarburizing and post-oxidizing was developed by Qingdao Fengdong Heat Treatment Company. The combined treatment can make the mechanical parts with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The combined layer was composed of more than 10μm bright white layer (ε-phase) and 1~2μm Fe3O4film. Experiment results show that the salt spray test of the parts treated by FD-NCO technology was more than 1200 hours. The FD-NCO technology was non-pollution and can completely replace the polluting QPQ technology.

上世紀(jì)60年代,德國Degussa公司首先發(fā)明了鹽浴軟氮化技術(shù)(Tenifer工藝),以提高機(jī)械零部件的耐磨性能,后來Degussa公司又在此基礎(chǔ)上增加了后氧化工藝,使處理后的機(jī)械零部件不僅耐磨,而且還可以大幅度提高零件表面的耐蝕性能,這就是著名的QPQ技術(shù)[1]。
